When is medical advice needed?
A session must not take place if you have:

- Unstable heart or kidney disease.
- A particular medical situation or any doubt about your health.
These signs require prompt medical assessment. In the event of sudden breathlessness, chest pain or feeling faint, call 15 or 112 immediately.
